Rookies steal the show

This year NSSA has been proud to continue to support a project to enable young refugees to sail at Filby. Six of the twelve young people joined our regatta team at Draycote competing with 180

sailors. There were many benefits beyond sailing - being a team, fun and friendship. They all excelled in the rookie fleet finishing 4th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 14th and 21st. Four are joining us again this autumn in our main programme.
